Financial Aid Process

Saint Ferdinand Catholic School exists to serve our local Catholic community. We recognize, however, that for many Catholic families today, the prospect of a solid Catholic education for their children is a dream that seems unattainable. Yet, there is proud tradition in Catholic education of serving those most in need and those who feel themselves most disenfranchised.

At Saint Ferdinand Catholic School, we work very hard to ensure that we are good stewards of the gifts we receive. We are continuously scrutinizing how we spend our money to eliminate waste. These rigorous checks help us realize the affordable tuition rates that we are able to provide our families. However, we also understand that despite our best efforts to keep our tuition and fees as low a possible, some families still find these too difficult to afford.

For this reason we have a vigorous financial assistance program. Our close partnership with our Saint Ferdinand Parish community provides the opportunity for us to offer tuition assistance. If you would like more information about our tuition assistance program, please contact the school directly. Financial assistance is only available to those who meet the following conditions:

1) apply for the CEF tuition assistance program (applications due March 30th of each year for the coming school year)
2) complete the Financial Assistance Form (parents must set a meeting with the principal to review this form)
3) demonstrate financial need based on income and other extenuating circumstances

Families with questions should call the office for details.
